Skiing & Snowboarding 

Everett is a proverbial launchpad for skiers and snowboards wanting to shred the PNW. We're within a couple of hours (drive) from four world-class mountain resorts. Make Everett your base camp and take advantage of affordable lodging, proximity, and creature comforts (like beer and pizza).

Snowshoeing

The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest has 119 miles of designated cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails to offer. If you are the adventurous, outdoorsy type, you can’t go wrong with just heading east on HWY 2, driving until you hit winter snows. There are many places to explore in the snowy Cascades. Just be sure to check for avalanche warnings beforehand or call the local ranger’s station.
